Hi there!
I truly feel honored that my work allows me to support clients as they grow into the best version of themselves. I look forward to hearing about you as an individual and listening to your story. I treat each of my clients with empathy, understanding, and care. When we have a session together, I can promise you’re in a truly safe space where you are free to discuss the challenges going on in your life. I strive to create a comfortable and positive setting for my clients where I can support you wherever you are in your journey.
Every client is unique, and each person’s path in life is different. I will collaborate with you to create a plan specific to you and your needs, and at a pace that you feel comfortable with. I have been in your shoes, and sought my own support. I understand the courage it takes to begin this process. Knowing that I can be that helping hand for others, making a difference in their life, is priceless.
I utilize a non-judgmental and compassionate approach through Family Based Therapy (FBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), coaching and other mindfulness based approaches. My experience spans working in a variety of mental health settings including inpatient hospitalization, private practice, group setting, and community mental health. I have specialized training in Eating Disorders and Adolescents. My training includes supervision from a specialist in eating disorders, nutrition & body image for eating disorders, eating disorders with athletes, and eating disorders within adolescents. I also have experience with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, body image, and trauma.
Healing is not linear- it requires dedication and resilience. I will work at your pace while also encourage you to lean into discomfort when needed. I’ll be your cheerleader, but I’ll also challenge you. Growth often happens in the hardest moments, and I’ll be there to guide and support you through them.
“Be who you needed when you were younger.” is a phrase I often say to myself and share with clients as a reminder that I understand many of the struggles you may be facing. My goal is to instill hope, remind you that you are not alone, and help you turn your challenges into opportunities for growth.
